Dental Mediator
Public and Professionals have access to a Mediation Process in the event of a dispute.
The Dental Mediator will in an ethical and non-partisan manner:
- mediate in any disputes arising out of the supply of clinical and professional treatment by practitioners to patients;
- promote and ensure ethical practice by the dental profession
- assist with the education of the dental profession with regard to appropriate risk managements processes.
If you have a query or complaint for the Dental Mediator please click on the form below after which you will be requested to complete a registration form to access the Dental Mediation platform. The system will send you an introductory message which will include a user name / password and a link to log into the Dental Mediation platform. After logging in you will be requested to submit your complaint.
